“The whole experience was ok. Our guide was lovely and took great pics and videos. We expected to walk into an actual mud pool not put our hands into a bucket full of mud. The pool to wash the mud off in is more a pond than a pool. The first hot spring was nice but the second was so hot we couldn’t get it. We then waited longer to be picked up again than the whole experience took. It’s advertised at 2.5hrs but we were done in less than an hour and then waited for an hour and 10mins to be picked up by the driver who was dropping…”

Nos llevaron a un pueblo que nos querían cobrar la entrada. Y para remate en lo mejor Mud Pool tuve que yo decir lo que tenía contratado. Ni siquiera ellos lo sabían. Muy muy mejorable”

Also we didn't have any guide in the garden so no explanation whatsoever about plants... Very disappointing. “Underwhelming. Changing rooms and shower facilities were woeful. The road to access the mudpools is treacherous so, overall, we did not think the experience was worth the journey and hassle it took to get there. The guide made the experience much more enjoyable as he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the hot springs etc. The pools were a nice temperature, albeit a bit dirty. We did not receive massages but saw the rooms they are provided in as we walked from one pool to another and they left a lot to be desired.”

“We didn’t get to do the garden of sleeping giant tour. We waited for driver early as asked and ended up waiting 45 minutes and had to call driver to be picked up. Went to the garden and there was a chain across the road so he simply said oh it must be closed I will take you to mud bath then do garden after. He was about an hour later than he said to pick us up again, we had massages which none of us enjoyed. The ladies doing massage all had very rough hands and massage was very rough. When driver picked us up he said oh no…”

There was no beach tour, no included lunch, and no option for the horseback ridingthat was advertised and paid for. We waited for approximately 10 minutes for someone to arrive, yet no one showed upto run the tour or assist us. As a result, we had no choice…”
