“Would highly suggest adding this onto your list of things to do in Fiji. We were picked up from Port Denaru which was about a 3-4 hour drive to The Jewel of Fiji. But so worth the ride, our driver was an absolute champ!! Our guide, when we arrived was great and we felt safe enough using their equipment/boats. The ride up & down the river was so fun, the walk up the waterfalls was breezy and the swim was so refreshing. The bamboo raft was chill & relaxed, pretty cool. Our guide taught us lots of things about the region, we opted for some massages (worth it), and honestly…”

“our guide/ driver was great. But we should have been given more information on what to bring/ what shoes to wear. bring your own water bottles! On the trek to the waterfall we had to cross multiple knee high streams of water. we were wearing sneakers and socks and had to wade through the water in these. you cant really wear thongs either as you're trekking through a jungle to the waterfall. Ideal would be waterproof sandals or crocs. It also started raining heavily while we were going there with absolutely no shelter on the way. There is no place to change out of the wet clothes but the villagers…”
