“The whole experience was ok. Our guide was lovely and took great pics and videos. We expected to walk into an actual mud pool not put our hands into a bucket full of mud. The pool to wash the mud off in is more a pond than a pool. The first hot spring was nice but the second was so hot we couldn’t get it. We then waited longer to be picked up again than the whole experience took. It’s advertised at 2.5hrs but we were done in less than an hour and then waited for an hour and 10mins to be picked up by the driver who was dropping…”
