However, the day started on the wrong foot where we have never been picked up from our hotel. Apparently, the driver forgot about us. If it wasn't that kind lady from Rosie tours I think, who questioned us waiting in front of the hotel we probably would have missed on the tour all together. She spared us the time, the effort and made some calls to get this all reorganized for us while she worked for a different tour operator. I wish I got your name to give you…”
